Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool does not display the new DSNZPARM
  UTLRSTRT .  The ZPARM UTLRSTRT for DB2 R710 was added in
  DB2 APAR PQ72337 / PTF UQ82524 .

  DB2 Admin Panel ADB2ZZNM for displaying system parameters is
  missing this ZPARM.  From the main Admin panel, option Z.2Z and
  then option 1 from panel ADB2Z2Z to display panel ADB2ZZNM .
