Error description

• Running IPR, the Sort OPTION statement built by Index Builder
  is incorrect:
    OPTION SORTDD=F008,SORTOUT=PDPRT7,MSGDDN=IIUSOUTT
  The ending 'T' is superfluous.  When SYSOUT is used because
  IIUSOUTT is not found, an ABENDS02A could occur.

  Index Builder V2R2 builds the sort OPTION statement in a storage
  area, and doesn't clean it up after every sort attached. Since
  the MSGDDN is the last parameter, in case of shorter SORTOUT DD
  names following longer ones, old data gets appended to it.

• The workarea is being cleaned up before every sort.
