• The file produced from the Image Copy Extract step is a
  different name than input file to the Examine step when the
  Dictionary name & Data Base ID Fields do not match.

   failures for dataset not found or erronous results in the
   examine report produced.

• CORRECT HSDC/E JCL SKELETON FOR EXAMINE JCL JOBSTREAM GENERATION
  TO USE THE DATABASE IDENTIFIER NAME AS PART OF THE DATASET NAME
  INSTEAD OF THE DICTIONARY NAME SHOWN ON THE HCOP16 PANEL, WHICH
  IS THE PRIMARY DATA ENTRY PANEL FOR THE EXAMINE JOB.
