Error description

• Run of plan fails when NLS-char in OWNER field.
  .
  After a rebind on a V7 member of plan DSN8BH71 OWNER(INLÅ), run
  on a V8 member the following messages are received:
  DSNE107E SUBSYSTEM RESOURCE NEEDED FOR PLAN DSN8BH71,AUTH ID BNP
          AND SUBSYSTEM DB2T IS NOT AVAILABLE
  DSNE108E FEEDBACK - REASON CODE X'00E30302' TYPE X'00000800'

  original bind command in any of the following bind options:
  
     For PLAN: PKLIST, OWNER, OPTHINT
     For PACKAGE: PACKAGE, MEMBER, OWNER, OPTHINT
  
  Message DSNT500I is returned with reason RC00E30302 for
  plan (TYPE 00000800) or package (TYPE 00000801)
  during allocation when running plan or package bound prior to
  DB2 V8.  The error occurred due to incorrect handling of the
  National Language Extenders.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 was modified to correctly handle National Language Extenders
  during allocation of plan or package bound prior to DB2 V8.
