    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    1. fse=y should fail,with msg=z073 for
blocks that do not have a valid FSE
    chain. raps=y should fail,with msg=
z074 for 'unused' blocks, but should
work for bitmap blocks since they do
    have raps.
    2. for this db type, panelid=ps1
    processing may fail.
    3. on ps1,hit enter,without filling
    in any fields, fail.
    4. changing data in a segment may
    fail if the segment
    has no key field.
    5. now,when you change data in a
segment or block, you get a
    confirmation message prior to
the change occurring. you can cancel
    the change.
    6. the block and segment display
panels now have better validation of
    data entered.
    7. if your dbdgen had EXIT on any
SEGM ,dbr may fail trying to access
    those segments.
