• The incorrect time is put on PROCESSING DATE of SCREEN IMAGE
  REPORT when BTSAEDT0 is run.

  The incorrect time is put on PROCESSING DATE of SCREEN IMAGE
  REPORT when BTSAEDT0 works.
  Store clock time (selected from log record) looks like this:
   YYYYYDDDFHHMMSST (i.e. 0200402201230180)
  But BTSAEDT0 doesn't ignore 'F'.
  So 01:23 it is written instead of 12:30 on the PROCESSING
  DATE of SCREEN IMAGE REPORT.
  BTS should put the correct time on the PROCESSING DATE of SCREEN
  IMAGE REPORT.
  

Problem conclusion

• BTSAEDT0 is modified to put the correct time on the PROCESSING
  DATE of SCREEN IMAGE REPORT.
