Error description

• LOCEPAX=YES not specified as IEFZB505 option. Garbage cleanup
  not done in the parameter area for SWQMPA before calling SWAREQ.
  .
  The potential cause of the error is:
   - LOCEPAX=YES is not specified as IEFZB505 option
   - The garbage is not cleaned up in parameter area that is for
     SWAQMPA before calling SWAREQ
  This APAR is a forward fit of ICE V2 PQ83347.

  HPIC V3 Recovery function gets ABEND S0C4 ( ABEND0C4 ) when
  checking the number of space extension for OSAM database
  data set.
  Because the Recovery function does not uses LOCEPAX=YES option
  of IEFZB505 macro that defines EPA parameter area for issuing
  SWAREQ macro with Read Locate mode. As the result of that
  garbage is set in SWQMPA (SWA control blocks) and SWAREQ
  process fails.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJCRC1, FABJDOPN and FABUFIG1 macro have been modified that:
   - LOCEPAX=YES option of IEFZB505 macro is defined.
   - Parameter area of SWAREQ is cleared with correct parameter
     length.
  FABJFIG1 has been reassembled.
