    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When WF1 file is very large, message    *
    *                      FABY2011E TIME-OUT WHILE PIPE READER    *
    *                      WAITING FOR PARTNER TO OPEN PIPE        *
    *                      is issued.                              *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When WF1 file is very large, ABENDU2006 occurs in FABYPM00
    after issuing message FABY2011E TIME-OUT WHILE PIPE READER
    WAITING FOR PARTNER TO OPEN PIPE HPPRPIPE.#02.
    PIPE READER is scheduled when all WF1 records have been passed
    to SORT program, and PIPE WRITER is scheduled when all WF1
    records have been sorted by SORT program.
    If the sort process takes more than 30 minutes, PIPE READER
    results in the timeout.
    

Problem conclusion

  • PIPE READER is changed to be scheduled when all WF1 records
    have been sorted by SORT program.
