• msgDSNU047I DSNURULD - A REQUIRED DD CARD OR TEMPLATE IS MISSING
  NAME=SYSCOPY, when Admin generates incorrect JCL to run Reorg.
  It happens when one or more of the partitions are in the Reorg
  pending state

Problem conclusion

• The reported problem is fixed in Release 420. The fix is to
  " Check for REORG status and create SYSCOPY DD AND COPYDDN CARD
  if TABLESPACE is in REORG PENDING Status ".
