    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Allow use of AOP and VIC on IMS non     *
    *                      fast path environment                   *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Install this APAR fix PQ81099.               *
    ****************************************************************
    a) Skeleton DRMSTSGE was fixed to skip the use of TTSEXC when
      TS=CATALOG is specified.
    b) 3 skeleton have been modified :
      DRMSRCTS, DRMSRECI, DRMSRMF2
      One CLIST : DRMURCTS
      Module DRMRECOV, function SDIUX88 has been modified to fix
      the problems encountered.
    c) Module DRMJBFIS - Function CSXJBFIS has been fixed to manage
       separately the ENQ/DEQ operations when several daughter jobs
       are running.
    d) Clist DRMUALLD is fixed to deal with this case
    e) Modules DRMAOP, DRMRECOV, DRMVIC, DRMFIC, DRMIIC.
       Function SDIUV50 have been fixed to process correctly the
       result of the DB2 commands in version 8
    f) Modules DRMAOP, DRMRECOV, DRMVIC.
       Functions SDIUV19 (AOP internal call),
       SDIUU06 (find PSBNAME in PSBLIB) and
       SDIUY15 (query DBDNAME in PSB) have been fixed to read
       the PSB names and the depending DBDNAMEs in the PSBLIB
       instead of using the /DIS PSB command for non Fast Path
       environments.
    g) Module DRMFIC, functions CS1FIC and SDIUX89,
       Skeleton CSQIXPR2 have been modified to improve the SQL
       statements used to read the DB2 catalog.
    h) Module DRMVIC, function CS1VIC has been changed to process
       this new parameter.
       In addition the QUIESCE of all the set of TS is now issued
       in a single command for DB2 V6 and above.
       Skeleton DRMSVIC has been modified to issue a single
       QUIESCE command.
