Error description

• Monitor Record Type 'FD' is incorrectly reported in the
  SYSPRINT EOF Record Counts.
  FD represents the number of physical monitor data set
  records that were de-blocked into monitor events records,
  but the 'FD' count skews the percentages of each valid
  monitor event type.
