    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
When using LIU Data Integrity Utility without the global option
module at installation level(LIU@INST), message FABL0103W
is issued under the Index Builder or Image Copy utility
independently of the IMS region controller.
LIU Data Integrity Utility obtains IMSID in the System Contents
Directory(SCD), and tries to load the global option module
    at IMS subsystem level(LIU@imsid).
Because one of Index Builder tasks and Image Copy utility
independently of the IMS region controller run without IMSID,
the name of global option module at IMS subsystem level cannot
be determined and this causes FABL0103W.

Problem conclusion

  • LIU Data Integrity Utility is changed to obtain the default
IMSID in DFSVC000 if the name of global option module at IMS
    subsystem level cannot be determined.
