    2.5 Restrictions
     IPR Driver has the following restrictions:

      o The following restrictions, in addition to those previously
        mentioned, apply if you are using IMS Version 8.

    |  - IMS Parallel Reorganization Driver does not supports the
    |    HALDB, if one or more partition is following condition:
    |   - HALDB OLR is currently running.
    |   - Active data sets is M-through-V.
    |   - Two active data sets (A-through-J and M-through-V) exist.

    3.0 Chapter 3. IPR Unload Utility
    3.3 Restrictions
                              :
      o You must ensure that no segments required by the IMS HD
        Reorganization Reload utility are missing during
        reorganization for the following reason:
       - Having a user exit routine that sets a return code
         indicating some segments should be skipped.
    | o High Performance Unload does not supports the HALDB, if one
    |   or more partition is following condition:
    |  - HALDB OLR is currently running.
    |  - Active data sets is M-through-V.
    |  - Two active data sets (A-through-J and M-through-V) exist.
