Error description

• In Object Compare, for the ALTER of the BUFFERPOOL USING PRIQTY
  SECQTY ERASE and GBPCACHE should issue a -STOP in the job
  stream and/or work statement list prior to ALTERing the object,
  and then a -START after it is complete. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR
  DATASHARING and USING and ERASE for non data sharing.

  for DB2 Administration Tool to fix the problem in
  DB2 Object Comparison Tool.

Problem conclusion

• A functionality is added to ADBTEP2 to negate the need for
  Object Compare to know about data sharing. ADBTEP2 issues
  detailed descriptions of the processing when the error
  described in the APAR is encountered and actions to be
  taken in event of failure.
