     The following items are addressed:
     * Unnecessary DROP TABLE
     * Handle Alter Table .... PRIMARY KEY
     * Columns in wrong sort order, no NULL value
     * Include IPREFIX when getting space
     * When creating an new index on ADB26CX,
       the table columns are presented in the improper order.
     * The column names are missing from the PRIMKEY()
        parm of the ALTER TABLE statement.
     * SQLCODE104 doing ALTER TABLE to add PRIMKEY
       - caused by > symbol in line:  >OWN=DBA128,TB=RIAG_TB1,ACT=LA
     * duplicate ALTER TABLE statements

     The following items are addressed:
     * Alter Related & Smart-Alter Improvements
     * Sanity-check When Doing ALTER
       Delete Related Objects Along with Table
     * Double-quoted id on SET CURRENT SQLID
       CREATE VIEW ... ASSELECT ...
     * If Single-Table Smart-Alter, Ask on 27CTC
       If Want to Alter-Related Also.
     * Confirmation about Removing Table and That
       Related Objects Are Removed.
     * Add OPT3 for ALTER-Related
     * Push Setting of CONVDDL to ADB27A EXEC
