      parm of the ALTER TABLE statement.
   * SQLCODE104 doing ALTER TABLE to add PRIMKEY
     - caused by > symbol in line:  >OWN=DBA128,TB=RIAG_TB1,ACT=LA
   * duplicate ALTER TABLE statements
