PQ77449: MQUR INCORRECTLY ISSUES MSGIPI0049E FOR APPC/OTMA SHARED QUEUE RESPONSES

Error description

• Message Queue Utilization Report (MQUR) incorrectly issues
  message IPI00049E for APPC and OTMA Shared Queue multi-record
  response messages.
  The problem is caused by APPC/OTMA shared queues processing
  logging multi-record messages twice.
  The first sequence of records includes the complete message
  text.
  MQUR is correctly reporting these log records.
  The second sequence of records log the prefix portion only
  of continuation records as they are retrieved from the
  Staging Queue with MSGF3MRS set.
  MQUR is correctly ignoring these log records, but incorrectly
  issuing message IPI0049E.
  MQUR will be updated to recognize APPC/OTMA 03 shared queue
  multi-record response messages retrieved from the staging queue.
  MQUR ignores 01/03 messages with MSGF3MRS set because the
  message has already been processed by MQUR.
