    CCF RECEIVES MESSAGE CCF0357E EVEN THOUGH ALL
    CCF0488I MESSAGES RECEIVE RC=0.

Errors when using CCF0488I (Simulated DFS0488I) processing.
CCF believes the commands fail even when they work correctly.
An additional symptom would be:
CCF receives message CCF0357E even though all CCF0488I
messages receive RC=0.
