PQ76961: INCORROUT INCORRECT TEXT DISPLAY WHEN MISSING DBCS SHIFT-IN CHARACTER

Error description

• In a DBCS environment, when the SQL text displayed
  on the Detail Activity panel ( panel CQM$DSQL )
  is missing a trailing DBCS Shift-In (x'0F') character the
  text displayed on that panel is rendered incorrectly.
  
  Query Monitor R110 misses the matching Shift-In character if it
