PQ75210: PANEL ADB21S ALWAYS RETURNS TO ROW ONE AFTER PF3 FROM ANY LINE COMMAND DISPLAY

Error description

• In DB2 Administration Tool, panel ADB21S displays a list of
  DB2 tablespaces.  Using pf8 to page down in the display, then
  using a line command (like I, to show details of the tablespace)
  followed by pf3 to exit from the detail display, returns to the
  first row of the list of DB2 tablespaces in panel ADB21S.
  .
  The return to row 1 of the tablespace list is inconsistent with
  other panels, which return to the same row that was displayed
  before the line commmand was entered.
  

Local fix

• Record the row number before using a line command.  After pf3,
  use 'DOWN nnn' to return to the correct row in the tablespace
  list in panel ADB21S.
