PQ74607: SLOW RESPONSE WHEN REVIEWING CAPTURED SQL TEXT IN SQLCODE SUMMARY PANEL (PANEL CQM$DESQ)

Error description

• When an ISPF user reviews captured SQL text from the SQLCODES
  summary Panel CQM$DESQ, there can be a noticeable delay before
  the SQL text is presented.  This is due to the ordering of
  search arguments in the query against the SYSIBM.SYSPACKSTMT
  table.
  The order of search arguments has been changed in order to
  use a different index against that table.
