Error description

• Abend0c4 in IQCLOD61 when MAXMSGCT is specified. Offset is
  x'a0e'(at PQ66026) on CLC instruction (x'D500 BBE1 1000').
  First additional problem fixed:
  When link editing IQCQMRH0 with sample job on
  SIQCSAMP(IQCLNKH0) for Queue Overflow Protection,
  the job terminates with RC=04 and message (MSGIEW2609W)
  IEW2609W 5104 SECTION IQCQMRH0 USABILITY ATTRIBUTE OF
  NON-REUSABLE CONFLICTS WITH REQUESTED USABILITY OF REFRESHABLE
  occurs. --- This message can be ignored. This APAR will make
  changes to link IQCMQRH0 with attributes RENT and REFR and
  allow the job to complete normally with rc=00.
  Second additional problem fixed:
  QCF V1.1 sample member IQCAUTH never made it into QCF V1.2.
  This is sample JCL to allocate and add user ids to the AUTH
  data set.  This APAR will add it back to the SIQCSAMP dataset
  for QCF V1.2.
