PQ68975: MULTIPLE FIXES IN FIXPAK 2 FOR DB2 TABLE EDITOR V4.3

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• - The DB2 Table Editor Java Player no longer accepts improper
  decimal entries.
  - Deleting rows in the DB2 Table Editor Java Player no longer
    results in errors.
  - Users options and error messages have been synchronized.
  - When a float value that is out of range is entered, the
    correct error message is now given.
  - The Find command can now distinguish commas.
  - The lock table option is not available for views.
  - DB2 Table Editor now works with DB2 V8.
  - Pressing the tab key when inserting rows no longer causes
    a commit.
  - In text columns thousands separator cannot be used.
  - The Find command can ignore commas when searching for
    numeric values.
  - In the Edit Table window, when the Owner field is blank, the
    search button is disabled until a value is typed in the field.
    Previously a message stating "no matching tables found"
    appeared.
  - In the options dialog, an error message will now appear if the
    same character is typed in both the Enter null values as & the
    Enter default values as fields. These two fields cannot share
    same value.
  - When you delete an SDF file, only 1 error message will appear.
  - You can now edit Informix tables through DB2 Web Query using
    DB2 Table Editor.
  - When using the DB2 Java player as an applet, and there is a
    decimal value out of range,  an error message is no longer
    returned.
