Error description

• Customer would like to have the Audit.Log members in a format
  easier to read: not based on time (T012234) but also
  base on date . This will allow to read better all the members
  of Audit.log. Other consideration is related to what happens
  is a DBRC command is issue at the same time of a different day:
  it will replace the day before output. Other request is to have
  a function to easy print all this information:reading the audit.
  log members and provide dbrc command, data, time and who sub
  mitted it (for each member).
