PQ65967: DYNAMIC SQL TEXT CAPTURED FROM A DISTRIBUTED SOURCE IS UNUSABLE. UNABLE TO RELOAD DATA TO CQM HISTORICAL TABLES

Error description

• When attempting to view dynamic SQL text captured from a
  distributed source (customer is using DB2-Connect to drive the
  queries) the displayed text is completely unusable.  This
  behavior is intermittent.
  CQM provides for the ability to "offload" captured monitoring
  data to a sequential dataset, and to reload that data into CQM's
  historical data tables for review at a later date. An offload
  and a reload job stream are included in the CQM sample JCL
  library.  The supplied reload job stream may fail with
  MSGIEC141I, and an ABENDS013-20.
  These problems are addressed by changes made to the data collect
  collector, ISPF display and data reload components in CQM.
