Closed as new function.
Error description
Users of the DB2 Admin Tool VER 410 feature "clone work statement list" can now use a new cloning feature called OVERWRITE. OVERWRITE allows users of the cloning feature to overwrite the table space or index attributes PRIQTY and SECQTY when they appear in CREATE/ALTER TABLESPACE/INDEX statements of a work statement list (WSL).
Local fix

You may optionally "overwrite" the current values of the table space and index space attributes primary quantity (PRIQTY) and secondary quantity (SECQTY) when they appear in SQL statements CREATE/ALTER TABLESPACE/INDEX of the new WSL. The values in the original WSL are left unchanged. . To have the cloning process perform overwrites, you specify the data set (PDS with member name or PS data set) containing the overwrites masks that you want DB2 to use. This data set is independent of the translation mask data set and the overwrites mask syntax is slightly different from that of translation masks. . If you request via this cloning panel to edit the overwrites data set, you will find a brief description of the syntax and usage of overwrites masks. You can always remove this explanation from your edit session by entering RESET on edit session Command===> line. . Overwrites Mask Syntax: field:inmask,overwrite_value where, field is one of the following names: PRIQTY (for both) TSPRIQTY (for table spaces only) IXPRIQTY (for indexes only) SECQTY (for both) TSSECQTY (for table spaces only) IXSECQTY (for indexes only) . inmask is the table space or index name or pattern and can be unqualified or qualified with the database name, owner name, or *. . overwrite_value of the form n or n%, is the replacement value for the attribute named by field. n is the integer replacement value. n% is the integer percentage of the current attribute value to be used as the replacement value. . Examples: PRIQTY:DBASE1*.*TSPC,25% TSPRIQTY:DBASE2*.PROD*,30 TSSECQTY:*.*TSPC*,200% IXPRIQTY:USER001.TBL1INDX,100 IXSECQTY:USER001.*,20 . DB2 Admin performs the overwrites function after both name translation and table space overrides. So, overwrites act upon any new translated names and any overrides taken from the local DB2 catalog . If you specify the name of an overwrites data set that does not exist, DB2 Admin will create and catalog an empty data set for you. A PDS will be created if you specify a member name in the library name. A PS (sequential) data set will be created if you do not specify a member name. In either case, the data set created will be created fixed-block with blocksize 6160 and record length 80.
