Error description

• This apar will correct the following problems found on the
  base release of IMSBPA.
  1) MSGBPL172E SWAREQ failure for SIOT rc24
  2) ABEND0C9 BPLDIR offset x'77D0' during report utility
  3) ABEND0C1 when model subpool not specified but required for
     a dataset.

  - ABEND0C1 WHEN MODEL SUBPOOL NOT SPECIFIED BUT REQUIRED
    FOR A DATA SET.
  - CORRECT MESSAGE NUMBERS ISSUED BY BPLDSNI FROM
    BPL05X TO BPL15X.
  

Problem conclusion

• ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WHICH WERE ENCOUNTERED DURING BETA
  TESTING HAVE BEEN CORRECTED.
