Error description

• This PTF fixes a problem where GGC selects an invalid point in
  the DB2 log with which to create an image copy for a given DB.TS
  and that DB.TS has  multiple, overlapping URIDs
  (Unit of Recovery Ids), one of which remains "inflight" when the
  IC is being created.
  
  An abends0c4 or abendu0016 involving processing incremental
  image copies of tablespaces with a pagesize > 4K.
