  The following enhancements were added as a result of the beta
  test.
  1. Collect function.
     a. Added 'IC not needed' option.
     b. Added unload GDG data set options.
  2. Run jobs function.
     a. Added JCL creation audit footprint to jobstreams.
     b. Added NOTIFY.REORG 'IC not needed' step to REORG jobs.
     c. Changed REORG job step names to a better naming.
        convention.
  3. Maintain RECON function.
     a. Added DBD data entry to panel IDLRLI2A.
     b. Added a confirmation panel when CHANGE.DBD issued for all
        DBDs in RECON.
  
  The following fixes were included as a result of the beta test.
  1. Collect function.
     a. Handle DBDLIB/DYNLIB data set name changes correctly.
  2. Run jobs function.
     a. Handle LISTC failures when creating IDCAMS DEL/DEF
        statements.
     b. Handle multiple IDLTABL table enqueues.
     c. Remove duplicate SORTIN data set DD statments from REORG
        jobstreams.
  
  In addition, several panels and messages were changed to
  improve usability.
