  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Customer observed that although IB      *
  *                      completed normally on IBSCAN primary    *
  *                      index build, the prmary index created   *
  *                      had a wrong layout and was unusable.    *
  *                      Customer got 0C4 and 0C6 with their     *
  *                      sparse routine being executed.          *

  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *

  With primary index record length being odd, it hasn't been
  correctly rounded up to even.
  The address of the Index Maintenance CSECT had been obtained
  from the DBD at pre-IMS-initialization time. During IMS
  initialization the DBD was loaded at a different location, so
  the address became unusable.
  

Problem conclusion

• Primary index record length rounding has been fixed.
  The Index Maintenance CSECT is being extracted from the DBD into
  a non-changing storage location.
