Error description

  • MSGHPSR0003W LAST RECORD WAS NOT A TRAILER RECORD received.
File was determined to be *HD format because of information in
the header record. However, the format was actually *CS and
the spec for *CS needs to be revised. This APAR is to fix the
    PSSR portion of HP Load.

    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
    (1) PSSR uses header length and key length fields in header
record to determine the unload format is *CS format, but
the key length field in the header is optional for *CS
        format.
    (2) PSSR override a work area during creating the parameter
        list for partition selection.

Problem conclusion

  • FABSRT15, FABSRT35, FABSPE15, FABSPE35 and FABSCOM0 have been
modified to refer the *CS format only by DBD name, segment name
and header length fields, and not to override the work area.

    ADD:
    Appendix C. Messages and Codes
    C.3. Messages
    C.3.2 High Performance Load Messages
The following messages should be added.
    ADD:
    |FABS3642E A SEGMENT NAME : nnnnnnnn IN UNLOAD DATA SET IS NOT
    |FOUND IN DBD
    |Explanation: PSSR is unable to find a segment name nnnnnnnn
