Error description

• Using GEN to CREATE a TRIGGER object with NEW OWNER specified
  does GEN the CREATE DDL for the TRIGGER, but fails to apply NEW
  OWNER to objects within the TRIGGER action text, between the
  BEGIN ATOMIC and END statements.  Customer would like NEW OWNER
  to apply to all DB2 objects within the TRIGGER action text, as
  well as to the TRIGGER definition, itself.
  

Local fix

• Edit GEN output file (DDL), before submitting batch job for
  execution.

Problem conclusion

• The reported problem is actually fixed in the Aparfix for
  PQ74192. A part of that fix is repeated here. Both Aparfixes
  will be in the same PTF.
