Error description

• EZZ6029I No Telnetparms block is issued because residual data i
  left in the parser buffer. Data is left over from display or
  vary Telnet commands.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  EZZ6029I PROFILE ERROR ON PORT   624, KEYRING FILE IS MISSING
  after VARY OBEYFILE is issued against the profile.

  When a Display or Vary Telnet command is issued, the profile
  parser uses a buffer that is later used to initialize another
  buffer used for TELNETPARMS, TELNETGLOBALS and BEGINVTAM
  statements. This causes erroneous flag settings in those
  statements. When the buffer is processed by telnet, it issues
  error messages for the incorrect flag settings.
