PQ50712: FIX LINKEDIT PROBLEM OF ISPLINK AT INSTALLATION AND ALLOW CTDSHLQ WITH A LENGTH GREATER THAN THE REC 01/07/19 PTF PECHANGE

Error description

• V2 PTF UQ55187 (v2 APAR PQ48231)
  did not correct the
  relink of ISPLINK into the ISPF dialog modules
  IRT9VINC, IRT9EINC and IRT9AJBS at installation
  time.  In addition, code was added to IRT9AJBS
  (the job administration function) which prevented
  customers from viewing the restart information
  for jobs that were created with a CTDSHLQ
  specification greater than 8 characters in length

  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IMS PGM RESTART V1 and V2       *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: V1 PTF UQ55186 and V2 PTF UQ55187 (v1   *
  *                      APAR         PQ48228 and V2 APAR        *
  *                      PQ48231) did not correct the   relink   *
  *                      of ISPLINK into the ISPF dialog modules *
  *                      IRT9VINC, IRT9EINC and IRT9AJBS at      *
  *                      installation    time.  In addition,     *
  *                      code was added to IRT9AJBS     (the job *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  New function is being added as well as the
  following corrections:                                        1)
  Fix linkedit problem of ISPLINK at installation             time
  which results in S0C1 for users of the ISPF dialog.     2)
  Remove confusing references to IRTLLIB in the
  IRTSAMP and IRTEXEC libraries since the installation
  guide does not refer to this library.                         3)
  Allow users of the ISPF dialog who have specified          a
  CTDSHLQ with a length greater than the recommended 8
  characters to continue using their existing specification.    4)
  Add option '3' to main menu panel to directly edit         the
  Inclusion Options data set.                               5)
  Change the administer job list ISPF dialog function      to
  refresh the job list after hitting the enter key       instead
  of returning to the main menu each time.           6) Display a
  summary of any special restart options         specified for a
  job on the administer job list screen.    7) Add line action
  SHOWID to display the restart checkpointID that will be selected
  by IMS PGM Restart the next time  the job is run.

• Fix linkedit problem of ISPLINK at installation and allow
  CTDSHLQ with a length greater than the recommended 8
