Error description

• DB2 Query Monitor interval switch process fails with MSGDSNT501
  DSNILMCL resource unavailable reason code RC00C90096. The insert
  process in the QM DB2 objects for the interval switch process is
  reaching the maximum number of locks held and failing. The code
  will be changed to include more frequent COMMITs during this
  insert process.
