  ERROR: AN UPDATE OR INSERT VALUE IS NULL, BUT OBJECT COLUMN
  CANNOT CONTAIN NULL VALUES.
  Message is issued during COLLECT of SMF Records.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The MVS_ACCT_PGM_T table causes SQLCODE *
  *                      -407, during a COLLECT on SMF records   *
  *                      type 30 subtype 4, with consequent      *
  *                      abend U0002.                            *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  This table has several non-key columns defined with the NOT NULL
  option on the DB2 table. Several of these columns represent data
  that can be null in the input record. The job account fields are
  defined to not allow nulls but if a job is submitted with only
  one accounting field in the job card,the other accounting fields
  will be null. When this happens the collect abends U0002 because
  DB2 doesn't allow nulls and returns a SQLCODE=-407.
  

Problem conclusion

• The MVS_ACCNT_PGM_T table has been changed so that these non-key
  fields allow null values. The column names are:
