  DELFIN or APLDELFR
    This value tells NetView FTP to delete all the requests in the
   queue that were submitted by the originator specified in the
   Request Originator parameter, have the status finished,
   and a return code equal to or lower than 8.  ...

  The DELFIN command deletes all file transfer request that have
  the FINISHED status no matter what the RC value is.

Problem conclusion

• The  NetView FTP Parameter Reference manual, SH12-6052-01, needs
  to  be  modified for the DELFIN Function description. The DELFIN
  Function  remove all file transfer requests that have the status
  equal  FINISHED  no  matter  what  the  RC  of the file transfer
  request  is.  The  only  file  transfer  requests  that won't be
  removed are those that are flagged as manually restartable.
