• CUSTOMER HAS SPECIAL RESOURCE (SR1) DEFINED QUANTITY=1 AND
  DEVIATION=-1.
  FROM PANEL EQQQMLSL THE FIELD ADJUST QUANTITY HAS BEEN SETTED
  TO 0.
  ALL OPEARATIONS WITH QUANTITY = BLANK (ALL) ARE ANYWAY
  SUBMITTED; IN THE MEANWHILE THE OPERATION WITH DIFFERENT
  QUANTITY ARE CORRECTLY IN RX STATUS.

  *                      adjust quantity of that SR is not       *

  If an operation requires the whole quantity of a SR (that is the
  quantity field was specified as blank), then, when there are no
  other problems for the submission, the operation is submitted
  even if the adjust quantity of the SR is not higher than 0.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module EQQQQTRY has been modified to check (also in the
  case of a request of all the quantity) that the adjust
