facility is not in the current opcode tables

  • The PLO instruction has been added to the universal and ESA
opcode tables.  Additional changes have also been made in ASMA2A
and ASMA20 in support of the new 4-operand format.

Note: The cross reference modification flags will indicate that
all four operands of the PLO instruction are modified.

Changes were also made to ASMA27, ASMA28 and ASMA29 to correct
some minor formmating errors found during internal test.
