  still generated SQL ALTER stmt. when there is change, it shows

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When executing line commands 'AL -      *
  *                      Alter' or 'ALT - Redefine procedure'    *
  *                      on a non SQL stored procedure on panel  *
  *                      ADB21O, corresponding panels ADB26COV   *
  *                      'Create Stored Procedure Options'       *
  *                      and ADBP7O 'Redefine Procedure'         *
  *                      displays the 'PACKAGE PATH' field.      *
  *                      Both panels did not correctly           *
  *                      interpret " " (blank) vs "-"            *
  *                      (dash) value of the field. 'NO          *
  *                      PACKAGE PATH' is generated              *
  *                      incorrectly when specifying blank.      *
  *                      Value "-" must be entered on the        *
  *                      panel to populate the 'NO PACKAGE       *
  *                      PATH' value in the generated ALTER      *
  *                      statement.                              *
