Error description

After applying fix pack 8.0.0.7, the
AdminTask.applyConfigProperties command is taking around 7
minutes to complete instead of 1 minute before the fix pack
installed.

* RECOMMENDATION:  Install a fix pack containing this APAR.    *

The AdminTask.applyConfigProperties() command takes a long
time to complete if it runs on a large WebSphere Application
Server topology and if the configuration property file
contains the PMIModule properties after applying the WebSphere
Application Server fix pack 8.0.0.6 through 8.0.0.7 or
8.5.0.2/8.5.5.0 through 8.5.5.1.

Problem conclusion

Corrected the AdminTask.applyConfigProperties() command
implementation logic to reduce the command run time back to
the original time.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.2.  Please refer to the
