PM99382: ADD NEW OPTIONS TO CERTAIN IMSPA REPORTS AND SOME ADDITIONAL NEWFUNCTION CHANGES AS SHOWN IN THE LIST BELOW

Error description

• The following is a list of new function changes being added:
  1. Add option to IMS PA Gap Analysis report to ignore x'6D'
     records.
  2. Add optional precision to form-based Summary report for COUNT
     type fields when averaged.
  3. Amend ALTSCHED processing for IMS Monitor reports.
  4. Update Fast Path Region Occupancy report for IMS V13 to use
     x'5904' records in deriving times.
  
  Additional IMS V13 related issue being addressed:
  ABEND0C7 in IPIGDISP + 1568 when producing BMP Checkpoint report
  in IMS V13.1.  This ABENDS0C7 occurs because the date formatting
  routine called from the IMS PA BMP Checkpoint report is
  expecting to be passed a valid UTC date derived from the
  IMS x'47' record, but under IMS V13.1 incorrect data may be
  passed.                                                     S0C7
  
  Another symptom of the above issue:
  ABEND0C4 IPISBMPC at x'18D8' on TM instruction due to R3
  pointing to unavailable storage.                  ABENDS0C4 S0C4
  
  Additional symptoms corrected: 1) Loop in IPI4PROC ranging
  between instructions at about x'7DE' to x'956'.    LOOPS LOOPING
  2) ABEND0C4 IPIIPROC near x'584E' which is x'102' after label
  REC37.                                            ABENDS0C4 S0C4

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1. Gap Analysis report has option to exclude x'6D' records from
     processing as they may distort the report results.
     Default is to include x'6D' records.
  2. Optional precision for form-based Summary reports when
     averaging COUNT fields, 0-2 decimal places. Default is 0 if
     not specified.
  3. IMS Monitor Global Option "Override 'IWAIT for no-message'"
     (ALTSCHED) processing changed, see ++HOLD doc for
     explanation.
  4. Fast Path Region Occupancy report updated for IMS V13 to use
     x'5904' records in calculating report times,
     report layout changed with the  inclusion of additional
     columns.
  5. Correct handling of IMS V13 x'47' records in BMP Checkpoint
     report.
  6. Form-based reports and Extract for LOG dialog panels changed
     to insert PROGRAM as selection criteria, see ++HOLD doc for
     for explanation.
  7. IMS PA IRUR report for RACF statistics and Dispatcher
     statistics updated to correct values for certain time fields.
  8. Sundry dialog updates
