  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Forward fit ORF V1.2 APAR PM96821 and   *
  *                      PM98016 to ORF 1.3                      *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR is a forward fit of V1.2 APAR PM96821 and PM98016.
  The following problems are addressed:
  - When a reorganization job failed at the end of the Takeover
   phase, the restarted job fails to start databases or partitions
   with the following errors.
     HRF01000I  Takeover phase ended, return code is 20
     HRF01042E  Subtask SCHD 0005 has terminated abnormally
     HRF01043E  Abend code is U0999
  - When an IMS subsystem get down during the reorganization, the
   cleanup process of the ORF job tries to restart the stopped
   partitions on all IMS subsystems and it fails on the IMS
   subsystem that is down. The partitions on subsequent IMS
   subsystems are left stopped.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Online Reorganization Facility is changed as follows:
  - A restarted job can restart stopped the databases or
   partitions even when the prior job failed at the end of the
   Takeover phase.
  - When an IMS subsystem gets down during the reorganization, the
   cleanup process of the reorganization job will not try to
   restart the stopped partitions on the IMS subsystem that is
   down.
