Error description

• When DB2 HPU settings specify a DSNEXIT containing a DSNHDECP
  module which settings are different from the actual DB2
  subsystem settings, the following troubles can occur when HPU
  perform an unload in SQL mode (DB2 YES with unsupported SELECT
  statement or DB2 FORCE).
  
  - the output format of date, time or external numerical data
    are not consistent with the settings given by the "modified"
    DSNHDECP
  - An ABENDS0C7 occurs
  
  In HPU v4.2, this occurs only if the fix for APAR PM93270 has
  been applied and the DB2_SETTINGS_SOURCE(DSNHDECP) has been
  added to the ULOPTNS parmlib parameter value.
