Error description

• User is running multiple instances of OMPE on the same LPAR.
  Auto Ops is starting all sessions concurrently.
  
  One session fails to initialize with the following messages

  MEMLIMIT(NOLIMIT) setting discovered
  KO2Z028E  OM03 V511 START service request error RC=0028
  RSN=80000064
  KO2Z999E  OM03 V511 Service error SSM=OMPETOP /OMPEISX
  ABEND=U2008 RSN=80000064 MODE=ABEND

  ABEND U2008 RC=28 RSN=00000064 may occur when multiple versions
  of  the OMPE Collector subsystem are simultaneously started.
  The problem is caused due to an invalid major name specified on
  the ENQ/DEQ MVS service request macro.

Local fix

• Allow 5 to 10 seconds delay between issuing start commands for
  subsequent OMPE tasks running on the same LPAR
