getting message 'Trace Control Block Valication Has Failed'.
Mostly happening with datasharing systems.

DB2 traces started with SCOPE(GROUP) on remote subsystems
are active on all members of the data sharing group.
Some of this SCOPE(GROUP) information was unavailable.
