• It is not possible to remove color from highlighted text
  
  To Reproduce
  - create a word document just with some text and highlight the
  text in any color
  - export that document to DOORS
  - highlighted text is imported
  
  Expected Results
  Be able to remove the color of the highlighted text within DOORS
  
  Actual Results
  its not possible to remove color from highlighted text
  
  Possible Workarounds
  swap heading and text twice and color is removed
  none
