PM98869: DFT Rhp Can not input after hyperlink feild in description of feature dialog

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Can not input any information after hyperlink feild in
  description of feature dialog.
  This occurs when create hyperlink after select between first
  byte and end of line include enter byte, but this does not
  occurs only last line.
  
  [Replication steps ]
  (1) Create project
  (2) Create a element e.g. class
  (3) Open feature dialog on the class
  (4) Select Description tab
  (5) Type aaaa in first line
  (6) Type bbbb in second line
  (7) Select aaaa (from first byte to 5th byte by [shift]+End key)
  (8) Right click on aaaa and select hyperlink
  (9) Select link target and then click OK
  (10) Move cursor after aaaa and try type e.g. tetete
        You can see it's possible to type after bbbb
