PM98738: DB2 RECOVERY EXPERT'S INREMENTAL STATUS MAY BE OUT OF SYNC WITH COPYPOOL STATUS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Sometimes a process outside of DB2 Recovery Expert may take the
  backup out of incremental status.  So we need to be aware when
  this out of sync situation occurs and correct it.
