Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' install process does not
  allow customers to specify what plan name they would like used
  even though the ADBL clist supports different names via the PLAN
  parm.

  The IBM Tools Customizer for z/OS (TCZ) panel flow has no
  provisions to override the DB2 Admin Tool Plan Name.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  The following input field has been added to panel
  CCQPPRD 'Product Parameters':

  INSTRUCTIONS:
  
  1.  If overriding the default DB2 Admin Tool Plan
      Name is desired, specify a value.
  2.  Rebuild/Regenerate job template ADBBIND and
      Submit.
  3.  Before invoking DB2 Admin Tool, check to see
      how it is invoked.  If CLIST ADBL PLAN(PlanName)
      is used to invoke DB2 Admin Tool, ensure that the
      PLAN() parameter is not specified to pickup the
      'Alternative DB2 Admin Tool Plan Name' value that
      was specified at the IBM Tools Customizer for
      z/OS (TCz) install time.
  
  Alternatively, ensure that the PLAN() parameter passed
  to ADBL has the 'Alternative DB2 Admin Tool Plan Name'
  value.
  
  For Example, if 'aocplan' was specified for 'Alternative
  DB2 Admin Tool Plan Name' during install time, then
  ADBL ... or ADBL PLAN(aocplan) ...  can be use to invoke
  DB2 Admin Tool.  Otherwise, a SQLCODE = -923
  / SQLCODEN923 error may result.
