PM98592: ALLOW PASSTICKET APP ID TO BE CHANGED IN THE ISPF INTERFACE

Error description

• Add capability for the user to change the passticket app ID in
  the ISPF client, This enhancement will allow the user can change
  the Passticket APPID in the ISPF client to match the changed
  passticket-app-id in the agent configuration file and the
  product can be used with any passticket app id.
